Shining Light is a family church that was founded in 1994, by Pastor Stephen Schlabach. At Shining Light you will find a friendly, warm group of believers committed to God and one another. We believe that the Holy Bible is the Word of God, and it is the foundation of our faith. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. We believe in the Trinity, that God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one. It is the Holy Spirit of God working in us that causes us to be a "Shining Light" in a world that needs a Savior...THE Savior, Jesus Christ.

Shining Light is a Spirit-filled Bible-believing church dedicated to discipling Christians according to God's Word. We trust you will feel right at home. At Shining Light, your needs, dreams and goals are important to us. We know God has a very special plan for your life. With the support of other believers and the Holy Spirit as our guide we will see the fulfillment of that plan. At Shining Light, there is a special freedom. You can freely worship God, and draw away from old traditions. 

We encourage people to know the leading of the Holy Spirit and to freely follow it. Dare to be different. As you learn to serve God, He will give you an even greater measure of faith!
